Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want billing to be simple and fair. This policy explains what is free, how Pro billing works, how to cancel, and when refunds apply.

1. Free plan — no charges

Our Free plan carries no charges at all. You get 1 analysis without signing up, and 3 analyses every month with a free account. Because nothing is billed on the Free plan, there is nothing to cancel or refund — you can simply stop using the Service at any time.

2. Pro plan — custom, contact-based billing

Pro plans are offered at custom pricing agreed directly with our team. The specific price, billing cycle, and any minimum term are set out in the arrangement we confirm with you in writing (for example by email) before billing begins. To discuss Pro pricing, contact support@bidsageai.com.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel a Pro plan at any time by emailing support@bidsageai.com from the address associated with your account, or by following any cancellation option provided in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless we agree otherwise, you keep access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.

4. Refund eligibility

We aim to be fair and reasonable about refunds:

  • Unused period — if you cancel partway through a paid period, we will consider, in good faith, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of that period.
  • Consumed analyses — analyses, proposal drafts, or other usage you have already consumed are non-refundable, since the work has already been delivered.
  • Service issues — if you were charged in error, or the Service was materially unavailable or did not work as described for reasons within our control, we will work with you to make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

Refunds are not available for change of mind on usage already delivered, or where these Terms have been breached.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@bidsageai.com from your account email with your account details and a short description of the reason. Providing the relevant invoice or payment reference helps us process your request faster.

6. Processing timeline

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and to decide and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it then takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
